From time to time Iceland doesn’t always live up to people’s expectations and occasionally we look after travellers who, perhaps, should have chosen a different destination.

We’ve also had to deal with complaints concerning the rough roads, poor weather, and the high costs of just about everything here. There is little we can do about many of these issues — after all travellers have some responsibility for pre-trip research — but you have our solemn assurance that if there are any aspects of our service that do not come up to scratch then we’ll do our very best to put things right.

We realise that our reputation and continuing business rests fairly and squarely on the quality of the trips we run, and the personal recommendations that follow.
