Iceland Naturalist is registered as a travel agency with the Icelandic Government. Your booking is safe and secure.

Conditions
At the time of confirmation we ask for a 'good faith' deposit of 10% of the total holiday cost. The balance is payable at least 28 days before the start date of the holiday.

Accurate holiday costings are provided in Icelandic kronur. This figure may, at our client's discretion, be converted to UK pounds, US dollars, Euros or Canadian dollars at the rate applying on the day the holiday is confirmed.

Payment may be made by cash, personal cheque, bank transfer or major credit card.

Cancellation charges
Full refund (less deposit) if more than 28 days' notice given.
If the holiday is cancelled with less than 28 days' notice then we reserve the right to retain all monies paid though we will do our best to fill the cancelled places and refund you whatever we can.

Holiday Insurance is not included in any of the quotations we provide. Of course, we recommend clients obtain insurance before travelling.
