Iceland Naturalist is registered as a travel company with the Icelandic Government. Your booking is safe and secure.
We do our best to keep this process as simple and transparent as possible.
Conditions
At the time of confirmation we ask for a 'good faith' deposit of 10% of the total holiday cost. For groups that have travelled with us before we simply ask for sight of their flight confirmation. The balance is payable two months before the start date of the holiday or field trip.Accurate holiday costings are provided in Icelandic kronur. This figure may, at our client's discretion, be converted to UK pounds, US dollars, Euros or Canadian dollars at the rate applying on the day the holiday is confirmed.
Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer or major credit card. Any transaction fees resulting from your preferred method of payment are your responsibility.
Cancellation chargesFull refund (less deposit) if more than 28 days' notice given.
If the holiday is cancelled with less than 28 days' notice then we reserve the right to retain all monies paid though we will do our best to fill the cancelled places and refund you whatever we can.
InsuranceHoliday Insurance is not included in any of the quotations we provide. Of course, we recommend clients obtain insurance before travelling.
